1.What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept paypal as the main payment method. Security measures are taken to protect your information in case accessing by unauthorized persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. we are not in the position to access to any your information.

2.Why is my payment declined?

3.WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE/CANCELLATION POLICY?

We will be happy to help you change your color, size, picture, or cancel/refund the order - just fill in the Contact Form below as soon as possible with your order number, email address, and your desired changes. Changes/cancellations to orders will only be accepted before an order is put into production.

If you need to change your shipping address, we can help right up until the order is shipped. Please send us a message below with the current shipping address on file and the address that you would like to change it to.

4.When can I except my shipment?

Typically, it takes about 3-5 business days for our Products to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, It will deliver continental US orders in 10-15 business days. International shipping times vary based on the destination.

Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

5.What carrier do you use for my package and how long for shipping?

6.Do I need to pay duty fee?

Customers from Europe or other countries often worry about the taxes. Our factory ship package as gift, free delivery and no tax.

7.Can I pay extra money to ship the orders overnight?

All the international delivery company can not make overnight shipping happen so far. So please order a few days earlier before your big event comes.

8.Will you send us junk mails if we leave you an email?

We promise we never send our customers junk email and always keep customers' information as a secret.
